Delivery Options

• Standard Shipping – £2.99
  Delivered via Evri (2–4 working days) from dispatch. Tracked and reliable.

• Express Shipping – £3.99
  Delivered via Evri Next Day or Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 working days).

• Free UK Shipping on orders over £20

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

Returns Policy

• You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition for hygiene reasons.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

 

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
